im an American muscle Fan FOREVER! but,, this car is AWSOME!!! its got the TRUE porsche look, and for 1994 its FUCKIN FAST!!!! running 12.2 @ 117? man thas a screamer, 12.2 is fast nowadays when all cars R fast, ina time when u can spend 25 grand an yur truck will turn 14s in the 1/4 when for 40Grand an change u can buy a 13 sec jeep, a time when vettes R avail wit a PUMPGAS motor makin well ova 600 hp. i dont care 4 the new porsches as much, id rather a new vette, but the 94 911 is AWSOME!!!!

All time fav particularly the “964 turbo S” possibly the best turbo porsche out there with the “964 RS” trimmings and weight at just over 1270kg is supremely light and devastatingly fast.

@APontiacof455cubes no clue! I never ask him that. He has MANY cars that are worth more than my house.

  12. APontiacof455cubes responded on 05 Sep 2011 at 4:36 am #

@bajabusta its got the Litronics AND painted calipers! rare stuff man. what’d he pay for that?

  13. bajabusta responded on 05 Sep 2011 at 5:22 am #

@APontiacof455cubes I am pretty sure it has those lights, I will send you the link, you can tell me….

  14. APontiacof455cubes responded on 05 Sep 2011 at 6:16 am #

@bajabusta VERY RARE. Especially if it has the Litronic headlights. Id rather have a 993 Turbo S than any other gen turbo porsche (actually all turbo’s from 993 and prior are all cool) due to the fact that they’re more agile than the 996′s n 997′s. Other than the GT3′s, the last true porsches were the 993′s.

apparently not the last rear-engine 911 design.

why does he say it’s perhaps the last version of the rear engine Porsche ?

  20. a456987 responded on 05 Sep 2011 at 8:36 am #

    single turbo

  21. jpalmerm responded on 05 Sep 2011 at 9:26 am #

    1994 3.6 was a single turbo not twin…

    TT didn’t come out until 1996 993tt

  22. Towelman20 responded on 05 Sep 2011 at 10:15 am #

wow the 964 turbo is quick well what can you expect it’s a 911 with twin turbo’s something crazy allways happens when you add turbo’s to a 911 and the any 911 turbo of any generation is quicker than anyone thinks it will be.

  23. 911claus responded on 05 Sep 2011 at 10:59 am #

Thats´s right! Sorry my mistake ;-).

But the 964/965 was pulled out of production in Aug. 93´ and not in 94´ as many think. They simpley did not make any 911 from the 89´ era anymore from that date. So the cars introduced in 94´ was all produced in late Aug. 93´.

Dont know if any of the above make any sense – hopefully :-)

  24. flatspin11 responded on 05 Sep 2011 at 11:02 am #

No its not a 964, Porsche produced the 965 (964 Turbo) as a 3.3 thru 1993 and then a 3.6 in 1994. The 993 wasn’t introduced (in the U.S.) till 1995. I had a 1991 964, great car. .Would love to get a 3.6 (considering the current price drops due to the economy), but the maintanence is prohibative, and I just don’t have room. Guess I need a bigger garage. :)
